First Step: How much do you owe versus how much you earn.
The first step a person needs to do in order to decide whether they should declare bankruptcy, make a consumer proposal or consolidate their debts is to calculate how much you owe and must pay your debtors monthly versus the amount of money you have left over after paying your living expenses including food, rent/mortgage from your monthly earnings and or income.
